As social entrepreneurs, Fiona and Nigel Jeffery each have over 35 years of experience in their respective fields,
In 2013, Fiona Jeffery was awarded an OBE for her services to the Travel & Tourism Industry and for championing corporate social responsibility and sustainability issues. Fiona is Chair of Just a Drop, an international development organisation she founded over 25 years ago.
Nigel Jeffery is a Doctoral Researcher at The Policy Institute in King’s College London. He has been a philosophical vegetarian for over 40 years, and his work is focused on plant-based food advocacy, rewilding and tree-planting. He graduated in 2020 with a First-Class Honours BA in World Philosophies from SOAS, University of London, and in 202 was awarded a Distinction in the MA in Anthropology of Food, also at SOAS. Nigel’s first degree was a BSc in Land Management, and he is a retired member of the RICS.
